RO/RO Vessel Tour in the Port of Tacoma

Participants will have the opportunity to tour the dock and see pier operations up close. The efficiency of RO/RO vessels allows just about any freight you're shipping to Alaska to be driven aboard our vessels, whether it be over sized heavy equipment like a bulldozer; or trailer loads of household goods; retail merchandise; groceries; oil field equipment; and construction materials.

In addition to shipping freight and cargo of all kinds loaded in both enclosed and flatbed highway trailers, TOTE offers reliable, competitive and responsive transportation solutions for new and used cars, trucks and recreational vehicles.

Participants must bring a government issued ID card (Driver's License will suffice) in order to get on dock, be willing to sign a liability waiver, and wear comfortable flat shoes (high heels not recommended).  Note: To board the vessel,  be prepared to climb up a portable stairway of about 75-100 steps, is about 40-50 feet above the dock.
